WELCOME TO YOUR NEW PORTFOLIO OF 30 MINUTES WORKOUTS

DI30 provides Trainers with a portfolio of 30-minute workouts which they can use for group training or one-to-one workouts. These workouts require minimal equipment and can be performed in any gym, studio or outdoor environment.


Each DI30 workout uses several different training styles and systems and condenses them into one incredible workout allowing greater results to be achieved in a shorter period of time.


Each DI30 workout provides 3 programmes which form a progressive 12-week periodised programme. In addition each workout also focusses on a specific type of training and introduces clients new forms of exercise (e.g. HIIT, plyomterics, strength, agility, functional) and new types of equipment (e.g. sandbags, kettlebells. agility ladders, medicine balls) giving them a more varied, fun and challenging workout.


DI30 workouts offer highly effective exercises, licensed music tracks, audio cues, timings, alerts and a 30 minute countdown clock. By providing this content, DI30 allows every Trainer to focus solely on training their clients through pacesetting, spotting, correction and motivation rather than clock watching and rep counting.


Each DI30 workout can be downloaded and played from any smartphone or tablet whilst training clients in either a group or 121 training session.
