MAXIMUM TIME - 35 MINUTES
The 30-minute workout is a Personal Trainers opportunity to showcase their skills and demonstrate how much more effective it is to have a professional Trainer with them during their workout.
Select one of the DI30 workouts and download the programme card or the Seconds Pro Timer App version.
The Timer App versions are especially good for the workout as they are timed and ensure you finish the workout within the 30 minutes (plus 3-5 minutes cool down)
Each DI30 workout consist of 2-rounds of 12 exercises performed in circuit plus a 100-second bonus round at the end.
1st Round - DEMONSTRATE & TEACH
For the 1st round Trainers should teach the member how to perform each exercise safely and effectively giving advise on the correct version and intensity base on their fitness level.
2nd Round - TRAIN & WORKOUT
For the 2nd round Trainers should give the member a workout and demonstrate what a Trainer adds to each exercise that cannot be replicated when training alone.
Following the workout Trainers should cool down the member before commencing the Post-Workout Consultation
At the end of the workout the members should receive a pdf programme of the workout they did which you can send by clicking on the workout image below.
Trainers choose the workout they deliver but they must prepare in advance and ensure they have the programme cards downloaded well before commencing the session.
