WHAT IS SPARTAN RESISTANCE?

This resistance based circuit uses a combination of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to  increase strength, lose weight and shock the muscles into growth.

Combining static strength, explosive movements and muscular endurance in a  legendary workout session that will fully introduce clients to free-weight training. Dumbbells are required, hard work is essential, loin cloths are optional.
