WHAT IS TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE?

This workout is not a spectator sport, it is a fast-paced workout that introduces clients to Medicine Ball Training and Plyometrics (Plyo-boxes).

This sport-specific routine is a combination of coordination, agility, speed, strength and power, the key ingredients to a winning physique.
